FRAUD PREVENTION

• —Fraudulent orders may be canceled before shipment.

FALSE CHARGEBACKS

Customers who initiate false chargebacks after receiving products may be permanently banned from future purchases with NTMRW.

DISPUTE PROCESS

NTMRW reserves the right to submit full documentation — including order details, tracking information, and delivery confirmation — to financial institutions to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

LEGITIMATE DISPUTES

If you have a genuine issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team at support@ntmrw.com before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues quickly and fairly.

BLACKLISTING

Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently flagged and blocked from placing future orders. Associated payment methods and shipping addresses may also be blocked.
